In-person and Virtual
In-person sessions are available in a convenient, ADA-accessible space with free parking. Many clients value the face-to-face connection and structured setting that in-person therapy provides.
For those who prefer flexibility, secure virtual sessions are also offered and can be accessed from any computer, tablet, or smartphone. Virtual therapy allows you to meet from the comfort of your own space, making it easier to fit sessions into a busy schedule.

My specialty lies in supporting adults facing challenges such as mood and anxiety, grief and loss, chronic illness/pain, career changes and life transitions, exploring sexual and/or gender identity, and interpersonal or relationship issues.
